| Kirchner wins € 340 million deal in Poland A consortium around German construction company Kirchner, which recently was acquired by Austrian builder Strabag, has been awarded a road construction contract in Poland totalling € 340 million. The contract involves the construction of an eastern bypass around the city of Bielsko-Biała, with a total length of approx. 12 km, and forms part of the upgrade of the S1 and S69 expressways.
