| TRC to serve as consultant on Keene Road Substation Project TRC Companies, Inc. announced that it has been awarded a $3 million contract to serve as the engineering consultant on the Keene Road Substation Project for the Bangor Hydro-Electric Company (Bangor Hydro). The Keene Road Substation Project is part of a system-wide upgrade, during which the utility will construct a new 345kV substation along their existing transmission corridor in Chester, Maine.
