| European Mortgage Federation signs lease in Brussels Irish property firm Shelbourne Development announced that the European Mortgage Federation has signed a nine year lease at a rate of approximately €275 per square metre to house its corporate headquarters on the eighth floor (c. 579 sq m) of the landmark Cortenburgh 71 building in the prestigious Leopold district of Brussels.
