| Vattenfall to purchase British wind developer Swedish power group Vattenfall AB made an offer for the entire share capital of Eclipse Energy UK PLC. Vattenfall has now received valid acceptances in respect of 91.2% of the issued share capital of Eclipse. Vattenfall intends to exercise its rights to acquire compulsorily the remaining shares in Eclipse on the same terms as the offer.
