Acciona Real Estate expands its business in Brazil

Acciona Real Estate continues its expansion abroad by boosting operations in Brazil, where it recently bought 102,560 square metres of land in the states of Sao Paulo and Minas Gerais; the company already owns 213,000 square metres in the state of Río de Janeiro. This deal brings the company's total investment in Brazil to 160 million euros. The company will build 1,370 homes on the newly-acquired land. The terrain is in Guarujá (state of Sao Paulo) and Betim (state of Minas Gerais).

Acciona Real Estate has bought two plots spanning 2,561 square metres in Guarujá beside Asturias and Tombo beaches, the coastal resort nearest to Sao Paulo, where the company will build 117 homes for Brazilian customers.

In Betim, one of the main industrial centres in Minas Gerais and the third-largest city in Brazil in terms of wealth creation, the company will build 1,253 homes on the 100,000 square metre plot. The development will be located on a hilltop overlooking Betim, and will boast 87,000 square metres of green areas.
