| Hochtief and Bahrain Airport Company establish new company Hochtief Facility Management is expected to take over facility management at Bahrain International Airport together with its partner Bahrain Airport Company from March 1, 2009. The two companies agreed a Memorandum of Understanding to establish a joint venture. The new company Hochtief Facility Management Bahrain Airport with its 120 employees shall take over responsibility for all technical systems, energy management and infrastructure at the airport. The contract is planned to have a term of at least 15 years.
