| Bouygues Construction wins deal in Canada Bouygues Bātiment International, a Bouygues Construction subsidiary, has signed a 30‑year concession contract for the financing, design, construction, and maintenance of a hospital building in Surrey, British Columbia (Canada). The contract worth a total of 230 million euros (168 million euros for design and build, and 65 million euros for facilities management) was awarded to Bouygues Bātiment International, in partnership with ETDE and HSBC, by the Fraser Health Authority. Construction of the 30, 000‑sq.m outpatient and day-surgery building will be led by Bouygues Bātiment International under a joint venture with a local contractor (Bird Design Build Ltd). Work has started already and will run for two and a half years (31 months).
