| Hochtief to realize office project in Essen Hochtief Projektentwicklung will start constructing the new "Rüttenscheider Tor" office building in Essen in fall 2008. Until the end of 2009, almost 9,800 square meters of gross floor area will be created on the site at the corner of Alfredstrasse/Messeallee.
