| Bilfinger Berger appoints new executive board member The Supervisory Board of Bilfinger Berger AG, Germany's second largest builder, has appointed Joachim Müller (49) Member of the Executive Board effective November 1, 2008. Joachim Müller, currently Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance at the SAP Group, will succeed Dr. Jürgen M. Schneider as Chief Financial Officer following Bilfinger Berger AG's Annual General Meeting in May, 2009. Dr. Jürgen M.
