Iberdrola Inmobiliaria presents its operation in Bulgaria

In Sofía (Bulgaria), Iberdrola Inmobiliaria presented the largest international project it has undertaken to date: the development of the tourist complex Koral Beach Elite, on the southern Black Sea coast, which will involve an investment of €44.6 million.

This year, the subsidiary of Iberdrola acquired a beachfront site for residential use in the town of Tsarevo, located in the east of Bulgaria. With a buildable area of more than 240,000 m², this will be set aside for the development of a resort for 2,500 apartments in private blocks, with 800 metres of beachfront at the prestigious Koral Beach, shopping and leisure areas, communal areas, sports facilities and a beach club.

It is worth noting that the Koral Beach Elite project has been designed by the prestigious Stefan Dovrev architecture studio, which also relied on the advice of the Harvard University Department of Urban Planning.

This new development by Iberdrola Inmobiliaria is situated at the foot of the Strandja national park, one of the most spectacular nature spots on the Black Sea coast and an area of significant tourism. It is a holiday home destination for natives of numerous European countries such as the United Kingdom, Greece, Germany, Turkey and Russia, among others.
