| Boskalis makes cash offer on Smit Internationale NV Dutch dredging group Boskalis intends to make cash offer on maritime services company Smit Internationale NV of € 62.50 per share. Based on the offer price of € 62.50 per ordinary share, the value of the offer on Smit equates to € 1,113 million. Smit, which has rejected the bid saying it undervalued the company, was up 2.2 percent to 62.70 euros, just above Boskalis' planned all-cash offer of 62.50 euros per share.
