Maxial Track Hoist for power plant maintenance

Beta Max Inc. introduces its Maxial Track Hoist, ideal for scaffold erection necessary for power plant maintenance during routine shut-downs. Designed to provide an easier and safer method of erecting scaffold, Beta Max's Maxial Track Hoist is perfect for the confined spaces present in boiler plant applications. By allowing for efficient and safe work, the Maxial Track Hoist is the perfect solution for the power plant, bridge and boiler maintenance and repair industries.

The Maxial Track Hoist increases productivity and reduces manpower requirements, allowing for faster completion of jobs and reduced labor costs. The durable and lightweight design of the hoist allows for easy transport, assembly and break down. All system components were designed to fit into the openings at the base of the boiler with no disassembly required. Its aluminum track weighs 3 pounds per foot and is available in dimensions of 3 feet 3 inches, 6 feet 6 inches and 9 feet 9 inches and has a payload capacity of 450 pounds. For even smaller access openings, Beta Max has designed the Narrow Maxial Track System with folding track sections.

To ensure safety, the Maxial Track Hoist is equipped with upper and lower limit switches, an electromagnetic disc brake, and universal carriage locking device in the event of cable breakage. A hand-held pendant is also included with the controller, for added safety.

Additionally, the Maxial Track Hoist uses kwik bolts to secure track sections together and clamps to anchor the track to buildings or scaffolding. Its reliable hoisting unit incorporates an LED light to inform operator of motor status.
