| New economical control available for rolling doors Reliable controls are needed for the motorization of doors that are rarely used; these controls have to be particularly economical with a long service life and an affordable price. elero has developed the new door control BoxControl compact to meet this need. It only offers the most important functions and thus supplements the tried-and-tested modular BoxControl from elero, which also fulfils complex control requirements. Nevertheless there have been no savings in terms of safety: The BoxControl compact from elero GmbH complies with the EN standards, thus guaranteeing simple yet effective door operation. The BoxControl compact comprises a robust plastic housing protected in line with IP 65 and which contains the entire technology and the clear connection area. It is designed for the occasional opening and closing of rolling doors in inching mode and/or pulse operation without locking. With a working voltage of 24 volts it controls the DFM, DKM and tubular drives Type 17-19 as well as the BoxLine drives from elero. The BoxControl compact is available in two versions: For a working voltage of 400 volts or 230 volts with 50/60 Hertz three-phase current. Thus the new door control is a favorable alternative for those who do not wish to forego the benefits of motorized rolling doors. write your comments about the article :: © 2008 Construction News :: home page |
