SYNC combines stainless steel heat exchanger technology with modulating/condensing combustion to deliver thermal efficiency as high as 98 percent. With models producing 1.0, 1.3 and 1.5 million BTU/hr inputs, low NOx operation and 10:1 turndown, SYNC serves a wide range of commercial applications, offering cutting-edge green technology for today's building owners and facility managers.The SYNC Boiler raises the bar with SMART TOUCH, touchscreen technology that puts total operational control at your fingertips. SMART TOUCH makes it easier than ever to set up a perfectly synchronized green system and allows access to a complete onboard database of real-time operations data and performance history. Equipped with a built-in cascading sequencer for up to eight boilers, the superior control system allows SYNC to deliver up to 12 million BTU/hr heating capacity. In addition, SMART TOUCH provides full system integration with Modbus communication protocol, as well as the ability to connect with optional SYNC PC software to download and track historical data, including faults, trends and energy consumption. Other standard SMART TOUCH control features include outdoor reset, three pump control, night setback, hot water generator compatibility and password security. To ensure easy handling on the jobsite, the new SYNC Condensing Boiler features a space-saving footprint and a direct-vent design with intake and exhaust runs up to 100 feet. At 58-inches tall and 31-inches wide, the compact SYNC Boiler easily fits through a standard doorway and offers zero clearance to combustibles. Featuring an ASME stainless steel heat exchanger, SYNC is remarkably lightweight compared to other boilers in its class.
