| BDC seeks developer for a new Baltimore arena The Baltimore Development Corporation (BDC), on behalf of the City of Baltimore, announced that it has issued two requests for proposals ((RFP), one for a development team and another for a feasibility consultant, to build a new 18,500-seat downtown arena with an “iconic design” in Baltimore City.
