The purchase price of innotec was not disclosed, and the transaction is subject to the agreement of the authorities. innotec GmbH (Schwelm, Germany) is one of the leading software vendors for lifecycle management systems. Since its inception in 1991, the company has expanded constantly and now has around 200 employees worldwide.
