| Jacobs to manage construction of CHOC tower Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. announced that it has been selected by Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) to provide construction management services for a new patient tower in Orange, Calif. The project involves building a new 424,300-square-foot patient tower, renovation work within the existing hospital campus, and upgrading the existing central plant facility. The new patient tower will be built in phases through 2020, when the hospital's total bed count is expected to be 380.
