| Amec buys Slovak specialist nuclear services company British engineer and project manager Amec plc announces the acquisition of the Slovak specialist nuclear services company AllDeco, s.r.o. (AllDeco) from its owner-managers for a total cash consideration of £11.1 million (€14.0 million). £7.8 million (€9.8 million) was paid at closing, with the balance to be paid over the next three years, subject to the achievement of agreed performance targets.
