| AZZ to buy Canadian supplier of electrical equipment Fort Worth, Texas-based electrical equipment maker AZZ Inc announced the signing of an asset purchase agreement with Blenkhorn and Sawle Limited, a privately held company headquartered in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada, to acquire substantially all of its assets. The acquisition is effective July 1, 2008. The purchase price is approximately $14 million in cash plus assumption of certain current liabilities.
