| Züblin acquires property in Zürich Züblin Immo AG, a subsidiary of the Swiss-based Züblin Immobilien Holding AG, has acquired an office property in the top location of Seefeld area in Zürich. The building is a short distance from the Bellevue area and the Stadelhofen train station. The seller of the property is the PubliGroupe, which previously occupied the building but has since relocated its operations. The property, which was constructed in 1961 and expanded in 1972, is located at Holbeinstrasse 22/30. The building has approximately 6,000 m² of modern office space including 62 parking spaces. The location of Seefeld is a prime location in the city and is within walking distance of the central area of Bellevue and the Stadelhofen train station. The property will be completely renovated over the next 12 - 18 months, including a completely new facade.
