| HBG Properties appoints new retail director Richard Buxton has been appointed as Retail Director of HBG Properties, the property development arm of HBG UK Ltd. Based at HBG's offices in Glasgow, Richard joins the development team to head up all retail development in the UK. HBG is seeking to acquire shopping centres and high street retail with opportunities to add value through re-engineering the existing space, major refurbishment, extension, redevelopment or new build.
