| François Caballero joins Nexity-España as Vice-President Nexity-España – a subsidiary of France's property developer, which focuses primarily on commercial real estate – is continuing its development in two locations: Madrid and Barcelona. Nexity-España has completed more than 624,000 sq. m. since its foundation, and other projects are currently in progress, such as the Vallsolana commercial real-estate park in Sant Cugat (45,000 sq. m.). As Vice-President, François Caballero will be more particularly in charge of Nexity-España's development. He will be working alongside Raymond Rossignol, who is Vice-President of Nexity-España with special responsibility for its administrative and financial monitoring.
