| Forum Debrecen topped out  The building of the Debrecen Forum, Hungary, reached its final size. The modern shopping gallery will house almost 120 retail stores, restaurants and service outlets. The Forum enjoys a tremendous interest of retailers: practically all retail outlets have already been leased. The company Dexium Kft. Invested approx. 100 Million Euro and created thereby more than 1,000 new jobs. German firm ECE is responsible for the management of the construction, planning and leasing of the gallery. After Forum's opening in fall 2008, ECE will take over the management.Debrecen Forum offers more than 28, 000 sqm leasing area.
