| FCC names new chairman and managing director Spanish construction company FCC has announced the appointment of Baldomero Falcones Jaquotot as chairman and managing director of the company. Mr Falcones, chief executive of FCC since last December, replaces the former chairman, Rafael Montes, who will remain on the boards of FCC, Portland Valderrivas and Realia.
