Trespa introduces new Wood Decors

Trespa International has added 7 new Wood Decors to the extensive collection of natural colours and designs available for the Trespa Meteon panel. Over the years, the collection has expanded to meet the changing demands of design and architecture and now comprises 17 Wood Decors and 6 Naturals. This comprehensive portfolio of surface designs combines the warmth and appearance of wood with the durability and quality of the Trespa Meteon panel. The new Wood Decors draw inspiration from the natural world and natural resources. Used as standalone products or combined with other Trespa panels, they complement and reflect man's increasing awareness of the environment and the importance of using sustainable materials. Trespa Meteon is also a sustainable product because it is produced from renewable timber sources.

Architects and designers now have 23 stunning natural finishes with which to give their buildings unique character. The finishes offer them the very widest range of choice and appearance and fulfill the demand for aesthetically pleasing facades. They provide natural solutions for contemporary or traditional design, for different locations and different types of building, large and small. They have been inspired by an elevated understanding of the effect of nature and natural forces, such as water, wind and sun, which impinge upon and influence everyday life, the landscape and the manmade environment.

The new Wood Decors comprise: Santos Palisander - striated black-brown which is elegant, fashionable and stylish; Natural Bagenda - sandy yellow with darker inserts which is light, interesting and trendy, like fresh cut wood; Country Wood - striated dark brown which is traditional, moody and natural and reminiscent of old woods; French Walnut - warm yellow-brown shades which is classical and elegant, like walnut furniture; Milano Sabbia- sandy/beige which is more natural with patterns, pores and radial lines; Milano Terra - copper/brown which is earthlike, rich and detailed, embracing modern to traditional styles; Milano Grigio - slate/grey which is emotional, trendsetting and individual.

Trespa Meteon's innovative finishes are designed to inspire architects and designers who seek more creative façade solutions. Using the concept called Perspectives, Trespa also demonstrates how cladding can be used creatively in new and different ways. Perspectives provides inspiration and information about how the appearance of buildings can be changed using various interpretations of Character, Rhythm and Depth. With addition of the new Wood Decors, the Character element of this concept has been enlarged.
