| Costain secures Bell Common Tunnel project Britain's Costain has been awarded the £90.4 million early contractor involvement (ECI) contract by the Highways Agency to refurbish the Bell Common Tunnel between Junctions 26 and 27 of the M25 near Epping. Work is expected to begin in Autumn 2008 and is due to be completed by December 2009.
