| Hochtief takes over facility management for Mercedes-Benz plant Essen-based Hochtief Facility Management is to assume responsibility with immediate effect for technical facility management in the production bays of the Mercedes-Benz Bremen plant. Daimler AG has just concluded a corresponding agreement with Hochtief Facility Management GmbH. The Mercedes-Benz plant in Bremen has an area of just under 1.4 million square meters. With a payroll of around 13,300, it is the biggest private enterprise employer in the region. Vehicles in the C and CLK class and the Roadster SL and SLK are manufactured in this plant.
