| Deka Immobilien Invests in Hamburg-Billbrook Deka Immobilien GmbH has purchased two logistics facilities in the Hamburg-Billbrook industrial park for 43 million euros. The seller is Achim Becker, a Hamburg-based businessman who owns the Emporium coin trading company. The two logistics properties, located in Andreas-Meyer-Strasse and Werrner-Siemens-Strasse, have total usable space of 45,000 square meters, of which 19,000 square meters are new. They include 1,800 square meters of office space. Both are completely leased on a long-term basis to two logistics companies and have been purchased for an open-ended special property fund of Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH.
