| Komatsu opens H.R.D. Center in the Philippines Japanese construction machinery maker Komatsu to open Komatsu Human Resources Development (H.R.D.) Center in the Philippines. The Center's main objective is to provide an enrichment training program designed to update and upgrade technical knowledge of Filipino engineers who are already employed by various Komatsu offices and distributors worldwide.
