| SPDE starts construction of Fornebu Hageby Scandinavian Property Development ASA (SPDE), a Norway-based property development company, starts construction of Fornebu Hageby I. This is the first construction project on the Fornebu land itself, and comes in addition to the construction in Rolfsbukta, where the first stage of construction is already completed. In this round, 158 apartments will be built in Fornebu Hageby. According to plan, the first will be ready in December next year and the final in 2010. Fornebu Hageby is part of the significant Fornebu development which in total consists of about 5.000 residential units. SPDE entered into an agreement with Skanska regarding the residential construction at Fornebu Hageby I on January 14 this year. Fornebu Hageby I consists of 158 apartments/13.050 sqm (BRAs) residential area. The gross area of the project (BTA) is approximately 26.000 sqm, including underground parking.
