| Turner сonstructs Fan Pier building on Boston's waterfront Turner Construction Company has been selected by The Fallon Company to serve as the general contractor for a $125 million office building at Fan Pier on Boston's waterfront. The building, known as ONE Marina Park Drive is scheduled for completion in late 2009. Offering views of both the city and Boston Harbor, ONE Marina Park Drive at Fan Pier designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects will be 18 stories and approximately 500,000 sq. ft. of first-class office space. Overlooking the two-acres of Fan Pier Park and the new Fan Pier Marina, the building represents the first phase of construction of the 21 acre Master Plan for Fan Pier. Fan Pier is a unique, LEED Registered mixed-use urban waterfront community spanning nine city blocks.
