| Hill to supervise construction of the National Library of Latvia US-based Hill International has been awarded two contracts by the Republic of Latvia's Ministry of Culture to provide construction supervision and other consulting services during construction of the new National Library of Latvia building in Riga. The contracts have a total estimated value to Hill of approximately LVL4.5 million ($9.9 million). Construction of the new building, designed by renowned Latvian-born architect Gunnar Birkerts, is expected to cost no more than LVL139 million ($305 million) and be completed by 2010.
