| PME to become Carillion Planned Maintenance PME, the mechanical and electrical maintenance services arm of Carillion plc, announces that from 1st May 2008 it is changing its brand name to Carillion Planned Maintenance. Originally a family-owned company, PME was acquired by Carillion in March 2005.
