| Impregilo named as promoter on Ancona Port link road project ANAS, Italy's national highway authority, has named the temporary consortium formed by Impregilo, together with Astaldi, Pizzarotti and Itinera, Promoter of the project for the construction and management of the road linking the Port of Ancona with the main local highways, the A14 motorway and the Strada Statale 16 "Adriatica" state highway. Impregilo is leader and agent of the consortium with a 47% share; Astaldi holds 24%, Pizzarotti 18% and Itinera 11%. The ANAS Board of Directors declared that the project financing offer presented by the consortium led by Impregilo was in the public interest. The concession will be awarded after the tender and negotiation procedures, on which the Promoter will have right of first refusal.
