| Jones Lang LaSalle voted Consultant of the Year Jones Lang LaSalle was named the Consultant of the Year, the highest and only recognition awarded to real estate service providers, at the 5th annual Commercial Real Estate Awards ceremony, held in Moscow's Expocenter. This is the third year running Jones Lang LaSalle has won this distinction, and the fourth time since 2004, when the awards ceremony was held for the first time. Jones Lang LaSalle is the only consulting company in Russia to have achieved this high recognition several years in a row. Additionally, several clients of Jones Lang LaSalle won Moscow Commercial Real Estate Awards. IKEA was singled out as "Developer of The Year". Storm Properties was hailed for carrying out the "Deal of the Year" with PIK company. Enka won top prize in the category "Business Center Class A". The awards, launched by Commercial Real Estate magazine in 2003, recognize the best office, retail, industrial and hotel projects, as well as best developers and consultants, working in Moscow.
