| Echo Investment accomplishes first phase of complex in Poznań  Echo Investment, one of the biggest investment-developers' companies with Polish capital, has accomplished realization of the shell & core of the first phase of Malta Office Park complex in Poznań. Still in this month the company shall begin realization of the second phase of this project. The first phase of the project are two buildings of the total lease area equaling more than 7 thousand sq. m. Shell & core condition of the first phase of Malta Office Park in Poznań has been accomplished by building company FAKT Budownictwo Sp. z o.o. of Kielce.Malta Office Park is a modern office park located in Poznań at Abp Baraniaka street. The complex comprises of six buildings: four 5-storey and two 6-storey buildings. They are all connected by the underground parking lot storey. Applied "open space" formula shall make it possible to flexibly divide the storeys, and shall allow for wide arrangement possibilities. In the whole complex there shall be accessible almost 31.000 sq. m. of lease area. 2500-3000 persons shall work there. According to plans, the whole project shall be accomplished by the end of 2010.
