| Toyo Group wins contract from Russian Sibur Japanese Toyo Engineering Corp. and Toyo Engineering Korea Ltd, under the scheme of "Global Toyo" and with cooperation of Itochu Corporation have been awarded a contract from Sibur, a chemical and petrochemical subsidiary company of Gazprom, for construction of Ethyl benzene plant in Perm with capacity of 220,000 t/y for ZAO "Sibur-Khimprom". The start up is scheduled for the end of 2010. Licensed technology of the Badger Licensing LLC has been selected for this EB plant. This EB plant is a part of the new investment plan of ZAO "Sibur-Khimprom" consisting of construction of expandable polystyrene facility, expansion of ethylene and Styrene Monomer facilities, as well as modernization and development of infrastructure for existing facilities.
