| Iberdrola commissions new plant in Spain Spanish power company Iberdrola said it has completed tests and commissioned a €325 million, 850 megawatt (MW) combined cycle power plant on the El Serrallo industrial estate in the eastern Spanish province of Castellon. The new facility, the tenth to be brought on stream by Iberdrola, in Spain, adjoins the company's first combined cycle plant, commissioned in mid-2002.
