| Foster Wheeler to expand INEOS plant in Belgium The UK subsidiary of engineering and contracting firm Foster Wheeler (Hamilton, Bermuda) has been awarded a contract by INEOS Feluy SPRL for the engineering, procurement and construction phase of the expansion of INEOS' existing polyalphaolefins (PAO) plant at Feluy, located south of Brussels, Belgium.
