| Pöyry to acquire Romanian Consilier Construct Finnish consulting and engineering firm Pöyry has expanded its transportation business and market presence in the infrastructure sector by acquiring Consilier Construct Srl, Romania. Founded in 1995, Consilier Construct is today amongst the leading engineering consultants employing about 220 experts. The company focuses on the transportation market and in particular on the road and rail sectors. In addition to its well established position in the transportation sector, Consilier Construct is also active in both the water and environment and the building sectors. In 2007 the company had net sales amounting to about EUR 10 million.
