| Emcor, Capitol Technology Services form joint venture Emcor Group, Inc. announced that its Emcor Government Services business has formed CFS-Millington, a joint venture with Washington, D.C.-based Capitol Technology Services, Inc. The joint venture will perform a ten-year, $89-million facility operations and maintenance service contract for the United States Navy's Support Activity Mid-South facility in Millington, Tennessee.
