| Colliers Croatia to be exclusive consultant for Avenue Mall in Osijek Colliers International Croatia is to be the exclusive consultant and leasing agent for the new Avenue Mall in Osijek, which Globe Trade Centre (GTC) is investing more than EUR 40m in. It's the second Avenue Mall in Croatia – for the first one in Zagreb Colliers International Croatia was consultant, marketing advisor and exclusive leasing agent responsible for bringing big-name international retailers like Zara and achieving 100% leasing months before opening. Colliers International Croatia will be an advisor from the initial development phase for the Avenue Mall Osijek project, and will also be taking over the full scope of the marketing and leasing process. GTC, named CEE Developer of the Year for 2007, has recently purchased a four hectare plot of land in Osijek for the new mall, which will be located less than 2km from the city center, by the ring road. The catchment area includes 530,000 people with 30 minutes drive, with Osijek itself having a population of 120,000 making it the fourth-largest city in Croatia.
