| Iberdrola Ingeniería to build solar photovoltaic plant in Cáceres Iberdrola Ingeniería y Construcción has won contracts for the second of two phases of a 20 MW solar photovoltaic plant in the Spanish province of Cáceres. The installation, on a 178-hectare site, could be in operation as early as September of this year. The project, called Abertura FV, was awarded by Aliwin Plus to the engineering unit of Spain's Iberdrola utility group, has also begun work on the first phase, a 10 MW installation on ad area of almost 100 hectares.
