| Itínere closes financing of Moncloa mass transit hub in Madrid Itínere Infraestructuras has successfully closed the facility agreement for construction of the Moncloa mass transit hub, in Madrid, which once again is obtaining the support of the financial market. The loan, in the amount of 95.5 million euros and a term of maturity of 27 years, has been structured as Project Finance, is led by Fortis and RBS banks and fully covers the project's financial needs. In 2006, the Regional Transport Consortium of the Community of Madrid awarded to Itemosa, a consortium formed by Itínere (80%) and Mombus Group (20%), the construction, conservation and exploitation under concession of the new Moncloa (Madrid) mass transit hub, during 35 years, as well as the renovation and adjustment of the former hub. The new transport hub, which entered into service in February of this year, benefits 360,000 travelers daily. The installations have been expanded by 20,000 m2 and 20 new docks to serve 47 inter-city bus lines coming from the northwestern corridor of Madrid and will allow connection with lines 3 and 6 of the Metro/Subway and with 16 city bus lines (EMT).
