| Zumtobel Group buys OY light of Milan Austria's Zumtobel Group has strengthened its hand through the acquisition of OY light of Milan. The group is present in the residential luminaire sector through the Zumtobel Lighteriors brand and its aim is to establish a separate and competitive line of business in exclusive residential lighting. OY light was founded in 2005 and currently employs nine people, including freelance collaborators. The previous owners, Nedo Giusti and Carlo Forcolini, will take on executive roles in the Zumtobel Lighteriors management team.
