| Siemens to supply 130 wind turbines in Washington State Siemens Energy has been awarded an order for 130 wind turbines each rated at 2.3 megawatts (MW) for two wind farms in the U.S. Siemens will supply 72 wind turbines for the Windy Point wind farm and 58 for the Windy Flats wind farm near Goldendale, Washington. Purchaser is Cascade Wind Acquisition, LLC, an affiliate of Cannon Power Corp., the San Diego-based wind project developer.
