| CDM buys Polish CTBK Ekotechnika CDM, the global consulting, engineering, construction, and operations firm, announces the acquisition of the Polish environmental project design company CTBK Ekotechnika, headquartered in Warsaw. CTBK, established in 1951, provides a full range of services including feasibility studies, conceptual and detailed design, and contract supervision to a broad set of public and private clients in Poland, throughout the Central European region, and in the Middle East. Its core business sectors include water and wastewater facilities and infrastructure, power generating plants, hospitals, and other public buildings, as well as automation and control.
