| Morgan Est awarded £62.5m contract to build new A1073 Morgan Sindall's infrastructure services business Morgan Est been awarded a £62.5 million contract to deliver the new A1073 Spalding to Eye Improvement Scheme by Lincolnshire County Council. The new route, which will join the A16 south of Spalding and see the A47 at Eye reclassified as the A16, will help to ease congestion as well as providing an important strategic link to the East of England. Lincolnshire County Council has developed the scheme with a funding contribution from Peterborough City Council. The project is being let as an Early Contractor Involvement scheme under the Lincolnshire Major Projects Framework agreement with Morgan Est.
