| Orco Property among finalists for the Tour Signal at la Défense Luxembourg-based Orco Property Group and American architect Daniel Libeskind's design selected as one of the five finalists for the Tour Signal at la Défense. Patrick Devedjian, President of EPAD, made the announcement in Cannes on Tuesday the 11th of March at MIPIM. The 310 meter tower will be open to the public and will surely become an iconic part of the Paris skyline. It will contain offices, apartments, retail, entertainment and cultural facilities. Tour Signal aims to be the leader in sustainable development by meeting the highest environmental standards of LEED and HQE; standards never before attained in France.
