| Carillion to construct prestigious Lumiere Development in Leeds British support services and construction firm Carillion has secured a £155 million contract for the construction of the Lumiere Development in Leeds, for client Lumiere LP, a joint venture between KW Linfoot Plc and the Frasers Property Group. The contract involves the construction of two mixed-use high-rise towers in the West End area of Leeds. Tower One will be 55 stories and Tower Two, 32 storeys, and when complete, the project will be the latest to hold the title of tallest residential development in Europe.
